Experienced Residential Appraisers

Our successful real estate appraisal company is energetic and moves at a fast pace.  We have an ever increasing mortgage client base of lenders located throughout Michigan. Through normal attrition, relocation, and increased business, we are interested in talking to sharp, licensed appraisers in Michigan.

Responsibilities include completion of residential appraisal reports and inspection reports for 1-4 family residential properties in the Southeast Michigan area. You would be assigned work in the area in which you live.

Current appraisal license for state of Michigan at either the State or Certified level is required. No limited licenses, please.  Work experience should include typical single family residential, 2-4 small income as well as condominium and new construction appraisals.
